It’s not always that a boiler plate answer will solve your problems. Situations can be so unique for everyone that a customized solution is usually needed. To achieve this, I seek to solve problems amicably and creatively.
I work with clients to solve complex legal problems involving spousal support, child support, parenting time, decision making, and property issues both in and out of court; often, this will also involve detailed and complicated financial issues. My approach is to work co-operatively with my clients to get a full context of the problem. This is important as it is the client who has the personal historical insight with the specific issues on the file.
I began my legal career in the Waterloo Region working in Family and Real Estate Law. I have always focussed on being a guide to help clients navigate through family law so they can feel confident moving along their path to a resolution.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, training in martial arts, practicing music, or travelling when I get the opportunity.
